1. Digital Products

Since we sell digital products/content, all sales are generally final. Once the product has been delivered or accessed, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product.
  • You did not receive the product after successful payment.
  • The product is completely inaccessible or corrupted.

To request a refund, contact us within 3 days of purchase with your payment details and issue description.

2. Physical Products (If Applicable)

For physical products, customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item received is damaged.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase/order ID is required.
  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the mistake was from our side.

3. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Promotional or discounted products
  • Services already delivered
